Miyoshi and his brother has the body of a cockroach which gives them the ability to regenerate wounds.

Like his brother Seikai, Isa is shown to be religious and thinks by killing humans, they are saving them

Abilities[]
Isa has shown to be incredibly powerful and has great strength even managing to carry hundreds of human corpses. Isa has the power to regenerate wounds and lost limbs with no difficulty. After Isa sheds his skin his regenarating ability increases by five times. They have been shown to use illusions at any given time.
